Learning how to take a good picture or photo is an art. You have to learn it. There are professional photographers out there studying in Collins College (for example) for a few years in art schools who still don’t know how to take a good photo.

Walking across the real estate in LA, we saw a lot of photographers taking pictures of condos and appartments which were for sale. This could be real estate brokers who are doing so.

It is good if you can capture the photo and make a nice documentation on what you are looking to sell, and present the same to the buyer. If the buyer has a clear idea of what he is buying it will help him in decision making, which in turn could help you to cut the deal quicker!

The fleet today of the crusie line is over 21 ships and is growing by the day, with new ships under construction and due to join the fleet in 2008. They are also planning good to expand in other parts of the world to acquire more ships to their ever increasing topline.

The ship names bear - ‘Of the seas’ and include the highest quality ships such as the Jewel of the Seas’ and the latest ‘Independence of the Seas’.
